Welcome to BenoGYM!

We provide tools to help gyms, trainers, and members manage schedules, payments, and communication.
By using our platform, you agree to these simple rules:

  1. 1. Who Can Use BenoGYM
    • You must be 18 or older to create a gym or trainer account.
    • If you’re adding members, you confirm you’re allowed to manage their data on their behalf.
  2. 2. Your Account
    • Keep your login details safe — you’re responsible for anything done through your account.
    • If you notice suspicious activity, please let us know right away.
  3. 3. Payments & Subscriptions
    • Some features of BenoGYM require a subscription (monthly or yearly).
    • Fees are paid upfront and are not refundable unless required by law.
    • If payment fails, your access may be paused until it’s resolved.
  4. 4. Your Data
    • You own all the data you upload (members, schedules, payments, etc.).
    • We only use your data to provide and improve the BenoGYM service.
    • We take care to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
  5. 5. What You Can’t Do
    • Use BenoGYM for illegal activities.
    • Share or misuse your members’ personal information.
    • Try to hack, disrupt, or damage the system.
  6. 6. Service Availability
    • We work hard to keep BenoGYM running 24/7.
    • Sometimes we may need to do updates or maintenance.
  7. 7. Ending Your Account
    • You can cancel your account anytime.
    • We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
  8. 8. Liability
    • We’re not responsible for lost profits, business interruptions, or issues caused by downtime.
    • Our maximum responsibility is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.

    • We may update these terms from time to time.
    • If big changes happen, we’ll let you know.
